Therapy Options
Depending on the problem, you would be offered counseling, interpersonal therapy, family therapy, reality therapy, cognitive- behavioral therapy, midfulness-based therapy, relaxation techniques, psychodynamic therapy, EFT, DBT etc. or a combination of therapies.
