Located in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, MentCouch is a multidisciplinary mental health centre with a team consisting of a Clinical Psychologist, Professional Counsellor, and Expressive Arts Therapist. Our therapists provide a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where clients can explore their concerns and work towards meaningful psychological change.

People seek counselling for many reasons including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, emotional struggles, personal growth, and life transitions. Through therapy, individuals can gain deeper insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing healthier coping strategies and emotional resilience.

1) Adult Psychological Consultation & Counselling

Individual counselling for adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, emotional difficulties, relationship issues, or any other mental health struggles. Therapy focuses on building healthier coping strategies, emotional awareness, and personal growth. Therapy sessions are conducted either in-person or online. Our therapists use evidence based therapy modalities to manage various concerns in regard to mental health.

2) Child Psychological Consultation & Counselling

Child counselling helps children and adolescents manage emotional, behavioural, and developmental challenges such as anxiety, school stress, emotional regulation, or social difficulties (bullying, social anxiety or other social related issues).

3) Couples Counselling

Couples therapy helps partners improve communication, resolve conflicts, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. It supports couples navigating relationship stress or important life transitions.

4) Expressive Arts Therapy

Expressive Arts Therapy uses creative processes such as drawing, painting, and other artistic expression to help individuals explore emotions and experiences that may be difficult to express verbally.
